The fifth monthly allocation took place on 11 August 2011. All valid applications received by 5 August 2011 were successful if they scored at least 32 points.
a) Balance of certificates of sponsorship carried over from July – 5205
b) Certificates of sponsorship set aside from annual limit for allocation in August – 1,500
c) Certificates of sponsorship returned during previous month – 80
d) Certificates of sponsorship granted by exceptional consideration outside the monthly allocation, during previous month – 25
e) Certificates of sponsorship available for allocation in August – 6,760
f) Certificates of sponsorship granted in August allocation – 819
g) Certificates of sponsorship reclaimed as not assigned within 3 months of allocation-282
h) Balance of certificates of sponsorship carried over to September – 6,223
i) Certificates of sponsorship available for allocation in September- 7,723
These figures are correct as at 18 August 2011.
The next monthly allocation date is 8 September 2011.

2011年8月的擔保證分發名額如下:
a) 7月份累積的名額 : 5,205 名;
b) 8月可頒發擔保證名額 : 1,500名;
c) 7月未使用所增加的名額: 80名
d) 7 月因特別因素所頒發的名額: 25名
e) 8月可頒發擔保證數量: 6,760 名;
f) 8月所頒發的擔保證名額: 819名;
g) 因未在三個月內使用擔保證 而被取消效力的擔保證:282 名
h) 8 月所剩餘的擔保証證數量: 6 ,223
i) 9月可頒發擔保證數量: 7,723名
